Shane Hennessy BSc, MISCP

Shane is an experienced chartered physiotherapist with over 10 years clinical experience. He obtained an honours degree from Manchester Metropolitan University in the UK in 2009 and is a current practicing member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists and is also registered with CORU the health and social care professionals council.

Shane has worked in many different health care settings throughout his career, areas such as acute and community hospitals, nursing homes, voluntary organisations, corporate industries, private clinics and sports teams. He has spent time working in these settings in the UK, Ireland and Australia learning from each of their different approaches.

Shane is a keen sportsman himself having played soccer, gaelic football and tennis for many years. He has represented Cork at many levels and played in the FAI League of Ireland. Shane continues to update his physiotherapy skills regularly by attending physio related conferences and courses every year.
